Tangy BBQ Cobb Salad
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves 6
What you Need:
- 2 Romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
- 2-3 seedless cucumbers, sliced
- 2-3 avocados, sliced
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 6 strips of bacon (we used turkey bacon)
- 4-6 chicken breasts, grilled in Tangy BBQ Sauce
- 1 pouch of Haven's Kitchen Tangy BBQ
- Olive oil
How to Make It:
- Lay the lettuce and avocado on a platter. Add cucumbers, crumbled egg and bacon. Chop the grilled chicken and toss with a squeeze of Tangy BBQ, then lay on the salad
- Drizzle with oil and toss with another squeeze of Tangy BBQ
