Tangy BBQ Cobb Salad

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves 6

 What you Need:

  • 2 Romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
  • 2-3 seedless cucumbers, sliced
  • 2-3 avocados, sliced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 6 strips of bacon (we used turkey bacon)
  • 4-6 chicken breasts, grilled in Tangy BBQ Sauce
  • 1 pouch of Haven's Kitchen Tangy BBQ 
  • Olive oil

 How to Make It:

  1. Lay the lettuce and avocado on a platter. Add cucumbers, crumbled egg and bacon. Chop the grilled chicken and toss with a squeeze of Tangy BBQ, then lay on the salad
  2. Drizzle with oil and toss with another squeeze of Tangy BBQ
