Cheesy Pull Apart Chimi Bread

Serves 6

Cooking time: 40 minutes

 What you need:

  • 2 Tbsp  melted butter
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
  • 1 roll refrigerator pizza dough
  • 6 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into 24 bite sized pieces
  • 1 egg, beated

How to make it:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and then line a cake tin with parchment paper.
  2. In the meanwhile, whisk together the melted butter with half a pouch of the Chimichurri
  3. Spread the pizza dough and using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the dough into 24 squares
  4. Add a piece of mozzarella to each square of dough to form a ball, rolling with your hands, pinching to seal the edges
  5. Place the balls in a cake tin in concentric circles and lightly brush with the egg wash and bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown
  6. When the bread is finished baking, brush on the Chimi butter and serve immediately
