Chimichurri Baked Cod
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves 4
What You Need:
- 4 evenly sized cod filets, about ½ pound each
- 2 lemons, cut in slices
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
- Salt to taste
How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 400° degrees F
- Arrange the lemon slices on the bottom of the baking dish. Then place the cod fillets on top. Drizzle with about ½ pouch of Chimichurri
- Bake for 13 minutes, until the fish is cooked through. Add another squeeze of Chimichurri, salt to taste, and serve with the ends of the lemon
