Chimichurri Slow Roasted Salmon
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Serves 4-6
What you Need:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 pouch Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
- 1 lemon
- 2 lb skinless center-cut salmon filet
- Salt
How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 275
- Cover the baking dish in olive oil
- Cut the lemon in half and slice one half, then lay the lemon slices in the dish
- Add salmon to dish and squeeze Chimichurri over the salmon
- Roast for 15 minutes
- Baste, then continue to roast for about 15-20 more minutes, until salmon is flaky
- When salmon is cooked, squeeze remaining lemon on it, and squeeze on the remainder of the chimichurri from the pouch, salt to taste
