Gingery Miso Chicken Wings
Sticky Ginger Miso Wings
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves 4
What you need:
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- Sea salt
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Cilantro leaves for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
How to make them:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a large bowl lightly toss the wings with a generous pinch of salt. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the wings are golden brown
- While the wings are cooking, in a small sauce pan, combine the Gingery Miso Sauce, honey and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook over medium-low heat, whisking frequently, until combined and reduced to a thick glaze
- Remove the wings from the oven and toss with the glaze in a large bowl. Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake for another 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds
