Gingery Miso Salad with Salmon patties

Serves 2 

What you Need:

  • 2 pre-made salmon patties
  • 2 handfuls of snap peas, cut into slivers
  • ¼ head of red cabbage, shredded
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso sauce
  • Lime

How to Make It:

  1. Cook the patties.
  2. Toss the snap peas, cabbage, scallions and avocado with a squeeze of Gingery Miso sauce. Top with the cooked salmon patties
