Gingery Miso Roasted Salmon

Cooking Time: 25 Minutes

Serves 4-6

What you need:

  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • ½ pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso Sauce
  • 1 salmon filet (about 3 pounds), skin on and bones removed
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • a handful of parsley leaves, chopped
  • a handful of dill, chopped

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees 
  2. Whisk together the honey and the Gingery Miso sauce
  3. Place the fish, skin side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then lay the onions around the salmon (not on top)
  4. Cover the fish with the glaze, reserving a little for serving
  5. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, depending on how thick the salmon is
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining glaze. Serve topped with the roasted red onions, parsley and dill
