Miso ‘Cacio E Pepe’ Ramen

How to make it:

  1. In a small saucepan, cook your ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Reserve about ½ a cup of the ramen noodle water
  2. Add 3 Tbsp of butter to a skillet over medium-low heat. If the ramen comes with flavor seasoning, feel free to dissolve in the butter (we love the Immi seasoning!)
  3. Squeeze in ½ a pouch of the Gingery miso sauce and give it a quick stir
  4. Add your ramen water to the butter sauce and then your cooked noodles. Toss to evenly coat
  5. Garnish generously with grated parmesan and freshly cracked ground pepper

NOTE:

This recipe can be easily made as a vegan one by substituting regular butter and parmesan for appropriate vegan alternatives.
