Romesco Ground Turkey Tortillas

What you need
- Oil for cooking
- 1lb ground turkey (beef, impossible meat, or lamb works too!)
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco Sauce
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 2 Large Tortillas
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 1 avocado, in slices
How to Make Them
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add a glug of oil, then the turkey. Cook, breaking up the turkey, for about 10 minutes until browned
- Squeeze in about 1/4 pouch of Romesco, then add the beans and cook for about 2 more minutes
- Warm or toast the tortillas then add sauce, cabbage, turkey and avocado 🥑
