Romesco Ground Turkey Tortillas

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves 2

 What you need

  • Oil for cooking
  • 1lb ground turkey (beef, impossible meat, or lamb works too!)
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco Sauce
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed
  • 2 Large Tortillas
  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 1 avocado, in slices

How to Make Them

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add a glug of oil, then the turkey. Cook, breaking up the turkey, for about 10 minutes until browned
  3. Squeeze in about 1/4 pouch of Romesco, then add the beans and cook for about 2 more minutes
  4. Warm or toast the tortillas then add sauce, cabbage, turkey and avocado 🥑
