Sexy Couscous with Zippy Chili Harissa

What You Need:
- 1 package Israeli couscous
- Olive oil
- 1 pouch Haven’s Kitchen Zippy Chili Harissa
- ¼ cup of chopped, roasted pistachios
- ¼ cup of chopped dates
- 1 shallot, chopped and sautéed til crispy
- ½ bunch fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make It:
- Cook your couscous per instructions on the package. Once cooked, and strained, transfer couscous to large bowl
- Add a glug of olive oil and a hefty squeeze of Harissa. Then add your pistachios, dates, shallots and parsley
