Tangy BBQ Ribs

Serves 2

What you Need:

  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ Sauce
  • Salt

 How to Make it:

  1. Removing the silver skin on the backside of the ribs with a spoon, then lightly coat each side of the ribs in about ½ pouch of sauce
  2. Let stand for 30 mins at room temperature and while waiting, preheat the oven to 300F.
  3. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and place on a sheet pan lined with a  bakers rack in the middle of the oven
  4. After 2 hours, check ribs for doneness. They should easily pull away from the bone
  5. Remove the ribs from oven, unwrap them from the tinfoil and raise the temperature to 400F.
  6. Brush more BBQ sauce over the ribs and cook, uncovered for about 5 minutes to sauce is hot and glazy
