Tangy BBQ Tuna Poke Bowl

What you Need
- 2 tbsp yuzu or lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
- Pinch of chili flakes
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ Sauce
- 10 oz filet of sushi grade tuna, diced into ¼ inch cubes
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- Avocado, diced
- Cucumber, diced
- Mango, diced
- Cilantro, minced
- Red onion, diced
- Furikake seasoning
How to Make It:
- Whisk together the yuzu, soy, sesame oil and chili flakes in a medium bowl. Add half of the scallions. Squeeze in ¼ pouch of Tangy BBQ Sauce
- Add the tuna and toss to combine. Refrigerate while you prepare the remaining ingredients
- Divide warm sushi rice between 2 bowls. Top with tuna mixture. Then garnish with avocado, cucumber, mango, cilantro, and scallions. Sprinkle on furikake seasoning. Drizzle a bit more Tangy BBQ Sauce. Enjoy immediately
