Watermelon Feta Salad with Golden Tahini
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serves 6-8
What you Need:
- ½ a medium-sized watermelon, cubed
- Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ block of feta cheese, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- Handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped
- ½ jalapeno, thinly sliced
- Glug of Olive Oil
- Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini
- Drizzle of honey, optional
How to Make It:
- In a large bowl combine cubed watermelon, tomatoes, feta, mint and jalapeno. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Drizzle lightly with a glug of olive oil and sprinkle of black pepper.
- Finish with a light drizzle of Golden Turmeric Tahini and drizzle of honey, if using. Serve chilled.
