Grilled Cast Iron Skirt Steak

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Serves 4

 What you need:

  • 2 lb of skirt steak
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • PICK YOUR POUCH! We used Chimichurri and Romesco!

How to make it:

  1. Start by patting steak down dry, and season with salt on both sides
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium to high heat, add the olive oil
  3. Once the skillet is hot, lay steak in skillet. Don’t bug it
  4. Cook steak for two minutes on each side
  5. Let rest for about 15 minutes, slice and enjoy with a squeeze of sauce

Whoa – you are correct! That’s a lot of skirt steak. Sometimes we make mistakes – so we have updated our recipe to reflect 2lbs of steak. That should be a better portion to share with four people.
