Chimichurri Breakfast Pizza
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves 4
What you Need:
- Olive oil
- Ready-made pizza dough (4-6 servings)
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
- 2 balls of fresh mozzarella, strained and chopped
- About 2 cups of sliced shiitake mushrooms, sautéed
- 3 eggs
How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees
- Grease a deep baking dish with oil then stretch out the dough in the pan. Squeeze in about 1/4 pouch of Chimichurri, then add the mozzarella and mushrooms
- Bake for 10 minutes
- With the back of a large spoon, make 3 divots in the pizza and crack the eggs into them
- Bake for another 7-10 minutes
