Tahini Chicken Schnitzel

What you Need:
- 4 pounded chicken breasts
- 3 eggs
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini
- 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- 2 yellow peppers
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 large English cucumber
- A handful of fresh parsley
- A handful of fresh dill
- Salt
- Lemon
How to Make It:
- Preheat your oven to 350. Whisk eggs and a squeeze of Tahini in a dish. Prepare another dish with breadcrumbs and a plate to lay the chicken into once it’s breaded
- Heat a large pan. Add enough oil to coat the pan fully and go about 1/4 of the way up the pan
- Fry the breasts, until each side is Golden and crisp, then place on a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop the veggies into even, bite sized pieces and chop the herbs
- Combine the veggies and herbs and toss with olive oil, salt, and a squeezed half of a lemon
- Once the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes in oven, serve with salad and more Golden Tahini
