Crunchy BBQ Cauliflower Bites
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Serves 4
What you Need:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- Water
- ¾ cup all-purpose or gluten-free rice flour
- 1 pouch Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce
How to Make Them:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- In a large bowl, whisk the flour and 1 cup of water until you have a smooth batter. Toss the florets in the batter then shake off any excess batter before laying the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown
- Squeeze ½ pouch of BBQ sauce onto the cauliflower, and toss it to coat the florets. Then spread the cauliflower out again in a single layer and bake for another 10 minutes until the BBQ sauce is hot and glazy
