Golden Tahini Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Serves 4-6
What You Need:
- 3-4 sweet potatoes, sliced into ¾-inch disks
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini
- A handful of cilantro or parsley, rough chopped
How to Make It:
- Preheat the oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment
- Toss the sweet potatoes with the olive oil, and a hefty pinch of salt
- Roast the potatoes, in a single layer, for about 30-40 minutes
- Drizzle with Tahini and garnish with herbs
