Herby Chimichurri Stuffing
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves 5
What You Need:
- Olive oilâ
- 6 stalks of celery, choppedâ
- 2 shallots, choppedâ
- Large bag of unseasoned stuffingâ
- 2 cups veggie broth
- 1lb of shiitake mushrooms, no stems, sliced
- 1 pouch of Havenâs Kitchen Herby Chimichurriâ
How to Make it:
- Preheat oven to 350. Heat a large sauté pan, add a glug of oil, then sauté the celery for a minute. Add the shallots and the mushrooms and cook on medium till tender
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the broth and Chimichurri
- Add the celery, shallots and mushrooms to the bowl and combineâ
- Â Pour the mixture onto a rimmed baking pan, and bake for 10 mins. Toss and bake for another 10 minutes
