Golden Tahini Tabouli

Serves 4
What you Need:
- 1 bunch curly parsley
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 small Persian cucumbers
- 1 cup quick cooking bulgur
- 1 pouch Haven's Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make It:
- Cook bulgur according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, prepare all vegetables. Roughly chop parsley, dice cucumber and onion, and quarter the tomatoes. Mix all veggies and herbs in a large bowl and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Add bulgur and half a pouch of Haven's Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini, and mix to combine. Check seasoning and adjust of necessary.
- Place tabouli in serving bowl and drizzle with more Haven's Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini and enjoy!
