Tangy BBQ Grilled Squash
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves 4
What you Need:
- 4 medium summer squash or zucchini
- Olive oil
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ
- Lime
- 1 bunch Parsley
How to Make Them:
- Prepare a grill for medium-high heat. Cut each squash in half lengthwise, then score the cut sides by cutting a criss-sross pattern with the tip of your knife
- Toss squash with a glug of olive oil and brush with a squeeze of BBQ sauce
- Grill squash cut side down for about 3 minutes. Brush on more BBQ sauce and flip. Repeat every minute or so for about 5 more minutes
- Garnish the squash with the juice of the lime, more BBQ sauce and parsley
