Tangy BBQ Grilled Squash

What you Need:

How to Make Them:

  1. Prepare a grill for medium-high heat. Cut each squash in half lengthwise, then score the cut sides by cutting a criss-sross pattern with the tip of your knife
  2. Toss squash with a glug of olive oil and brush with a squeeze of BBQ sauce
  3. Grill squash cut side down for about 3 minutes. Brush on more BBQ sauce and flip. Repeat every minute or so for about 5 more minutes
  4. Garnish the squash with the juice of the lime, more BBQ sauce and parsley
