Herby Chimichurri Steak Bites
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves 4
What You Need:
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
How to Make It:
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Add in steak bites in a single layer, making sure they aren’t touching each other. Cook (in batches if necessary) undisturbed, until the steak is seared (about 3 minutes) then flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes
- Once all the steak is cooked, cut the heat, squeeze ½ pouch of Chimichurri into the pan and toss
