Herby Chimichurri Waldorf Salad

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 6 

What you need:

  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
  • Salt
  • 3 apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 head Bib lettuce
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped

How to make it:

  1. In a large bowl whisk together the yogurt about a quarter pouch of the Herby Chimichurri & a pinch of salt 
  2. Add the apples, grapes & celery into the bowl and toss to combine
  3. On a large platter lay the lettuce to form a bed, then add the salad and garnish with the chopped walnuts
