Herby Chimichurri Waldorf Salad
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 6
What you need:
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
- Salt
- 3 apples, cored and chopped
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
- 1 head Bib lettuce
- 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
How to make it:
- In a large bowl whisk together the yogurt about a quarter pouch of the Herby Chimichurri & a pinch of salt
- Add the apples, grapes & celery into the bowl and toss to combine
- On a large platter lay the lettuce to form a bed, then add the salad and garnish with the chopped walnuts
