Loaded Impossible™ BBQ Nachos
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves 6
What you Need:
- 1 tbsp of Cooking oil, we like avocado oil, olive oil, or grapeseed oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1, 12 oz package of Impossible™
- 1 pouch of Haven's Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce
- salt
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large bag of tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded cheese, Mexican blend or Cheddar(or vegan sub)
- 3 jalapeños, sliced
- 1 large tomato, or a bunch of cherry tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
How to Make Them:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add oil. Add onion, and cook until soft (about 5 minutes) Add Impossible™
- and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until the Impossible is completely browned
- Add about ¾ pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce and a pinch of salt. Add the black beans and cook for a few more minutes
- Spread the tortilla chips onto a parchment lined baking sheet and top with cheese and Impossible-beans
- Bake for about 8 minutes until cheese is melted and golden
- Drizzle on more Haven's Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce and scatter the jalapeños, tomato, cilantro and avocado over the top
