Mediterranean Golden Tahini Burgers
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves 4
What you Need:
- 1 lb ground beef *
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pouch Haven's Kitchen Turmeric Tahini Sauce
- 4 burger buns, sliced in half
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickled onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make It:
- Mix your ground beef in a bowl with half a pouch of Haven's Kitchen Turmeric Tahini Sauce and season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 equal patties
- In a large skillet, heat your olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook your burgers 3-4 minutes per side for medium. Set aside to rest for at 5 minutes
- Wipe out the pan of the excess drippings and toast your buns for 1-2 minutes until golden
- To assemble your burgers, place the cooked patties on the buns, top with sliced cucumber, and a generous drizzle of Haven's Kitchen Turmeric Tahini Sauce
- Garnish with pickled onions and fresh dill
Notes:
- ground lamb or turkey would also be delicious
