One Pan BBQ Eggs & Hash Browns
Serves 4
Cooking time: 20 minutes
What you Need:
- Olive oil
- 16 oz bag of frozen, shredded hash browns
- Salt
- 4 large eggs
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ Sauce
How to Make It:
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a glug of oil and, when it shimmers, add the frozen hash browns. Season with a large pinch of salt and cook, breaking them up with a wooden spoon, until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes
- Create 4 wells with the back of the spoon. Gently crack the eggs into the wells
- Partly cover the pan with a lid for 4-5 minutes or until the egg whites have set
- Sprinkle eggs with Parmesan and drizzle with Tangy BBQ Sauce
