How to Make It:

  1. Toss the chicken with cornstarch and let sit for 5 minutes
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a glug of oil, then the chicken, spreading it out in the pan. Let it sear for about 4-5 minutes, undisturbed. Then toss occasionally to crisp up the other sides for another 4-5 minutes
  3. When chicken is cooked through and crisped on all sides, cut the heat and toss with 1/4 pouch of Romesco sauce
