Sweet Potato Fries with Romesco
Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Serves 4
What you Need:
- 3 large sweet potatoes, cleaned and cut into fries
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pouch Haven's Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit with a baking sheet inside.
- Toss sweet potato fries in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly on the hot baking sheet.
- Bake until golden brown on the bottoms, about 15 minutes, then flip and continue baking until the other side is crisp and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer hot fries to a serving platter and drizzle with Haven's Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco and chopped parsley. Serve with additional Haven's Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco for dipping.
Notes
- To cut potatoes into fries: slice potatoes lengthwise into 1/4" to 1/2" thick slabs. Lay slabs flat and cut each slab into fries
- preheating the oven with the pan inside will help create the initial crust on the fries
