Sweet Potato Fries with Romesco

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit with a baking sheet inside.
  2. Toss sweet potato fries in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly on the hot baking sheet.
  3. Bake until golden brown on the bottoms, about 15 minutes, then flip and continue baking until the other side is crisp and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Transfer hot fries to a serving platter and drizzle with Haven's Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco and chopped parsley. Serve with additional Haven's Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco for dipping.

Notes

  • To cut potatoes into fries: slice potatoes lengthwise into 1/4" to 1/2" thick slabs. Lay slabs flat and cut each slab into fries
  • preheating the oven with the pan inside will help create the initial crust on the fries
