Tahini Mediterranean Salad with Seared Tuna
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves 4
What you Need:
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 small Persian cucumber, shaved into ribbons*
- 1 aw golden beet, grated
- 1 watermelon radish, sliced
- 1 pouch Haven's Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb fresh tuna loin
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make It:
- Heat your olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season tuna with salt and add to hot pan. Sear for about 2 minutes per side to form a crust, the center will remain raw. Slice thinly and set aside
- In a medium bowl, add all your prepared veggies and half a pouch of Haven's Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini, season with salt and pepper, and mix until combined
- Spoon your vegetables onto your serving dish and top with sliced seared tuna. Drizzle remaining Haven's Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini all over and top with chopped fresh dill
Notes
- To shave cucumber into ribbons, use a vegetable peeler, or just dice
- You can use any combo of crunchy veggies that you like!
