Zippy Harissa Deviled Eggs

Serves 4
What you need
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt
- White wine vinegar
- Haven’s Kitchen Zippy Chili Harissa
- 3 chives, cut into ¼ inch pieces
- Paprika
How Make Them
- Place the eggs in a medium saucepan of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Once the water boils, cut the heat and cover the pot. Cook for 9-10 minutes. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water, let them cool for a minute, then peel under running water and set aside
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolk
- Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, a splash of vinegar, and 1/4 pouch of Harissa to make a smooth mixture
- Generously spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with the sprig of chive and the paprika
