Zippy Harissa Shakshuka
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 to 6
What You Need:
- 1 (28-oz) can chopped plum tomatoes with juice
- ½ pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Zippy Chili Harissa
- 6 large eggs
- a handful of parsley leaves, chopped
How to Make It:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Combine tomatoes and ½ pouch of Zippy Chili Harissa sauce in a large skillet and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until tomatoes thicken
- Gently crack eggs over tomato mixture
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake until eggs are just set, 7-10 minutes
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve with remaining sauce
