BBQ Chicken Pizza
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves 4
What you Need:
- 1 pizza dough, if frozen, defrost in fridge overnight
- ½ rotisserie chicken, meat removed from bone and roughly chopped
- 1 pouch Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce
- 1 ½ cups 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded/grated
- Basil
- Pineapple (if controversial - omit!)
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt
How to Make it:
- Following the heating/cooking instructions for pizza dough - preheat oven to 500 degrees
- Using flour, if necessary - roll dough into a large circle and spread BBQ sauce around starting in the middle and using the back of a spoon, circle the sauce to the edges
- Add mozzarella cheese, and chicken (and if using, pineapple)
- Bake until golden brown
- While warm, add basil and finish with EVO and Parmesan cheese
