Vegan Zucchini Fries with Golden Tahini

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Serves 4-6

What you need:

  • 2-4 medium zucchini cut in even sticks
  • 1 cup non- dairy plant milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini

How to Make Them:

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Whisk the milk, flour and salt in a large bowl, it’ll be thick!
  3. Mix the panko and nutritional yeast together in a shallow bowl
  4. Dip zucchini into the batter, then dredge it in the Panko mixture, gently pressing to coat. Repeat
  5. Heat a large pan, then add cooking oil to coat the bottom plus a little more. Fry the zucchini until each side is deeply golden, then transfer to the oven for 10 minutes, or until zucchini is cooked through
  6. Serve with Tahini!
