Vegan Zucchini Fries with Golden Tahini
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves 4-6
What you need:
- 2-4 medium zucchini cut in even sticks
- 1 cup non- dairy plant milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- Cooking oil
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini
How to Make Them:
- Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Whisk the milk, flour and salt in a large bowl, it’ll be thick!
- Mix the panko and nutritional yeast together in a shallow bowl
- Dip zucchini into the batter, then dredge it in the Panko mixture, gently pressing to coat. Repeat
- Heat a large pan, then add cooking oil to coat the bottom plus a little more. Fry the zucchini until each side is deeply golden, then transfer to the oven for 10 minutes, or until zucchini is cooked through
- Serve with Tahini!
