Gingery Miso Cauliflower Rice Bowl

Serves 2
What you need
- Avocado or coconut oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 2 cups of cauliflower rice
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Gingery Miso Sauce
- 2 cups of baby spinach
- 3 scallions, sliced thin
- A bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Black sesame seeds and salt, or togarashi
How to make it
- Heat a sauté pan over medium-high and add a glug of oil to coat
- Add in the garlic and cauliflower rice and let it sit for 2 minutes, then toss, cook for another minute or so
- Add in about ¼ pouch of Gingery Miso sauce and continue to cook until the “rice” is completely tender and there are some crispy bits in pan
- Lay the rice in a bowl and top with spinach, scallions, cilantro, and Togarashi
