Romesco Baked Chicken with Tomatoes and Basil
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Serves 6
What you Need:
- 1 whole chicken, cut in eighths
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Red Pepper Romesco sauce
- About 5 baby tomato vines
- 1 bunch of basil
How to Make It:
- Preheat your oven to 375. Coat the chicken in about ½ pouch of Romesco sauce. Bake for 1 hour until the temperature of the breast is 165 degrees
- For the last 10 minutes, roast the tomatoes on the vine by drizzling them with olive oil
- Serve the chicken and tomatoes on a platter with basil leaves
