Tangy BBQ Cauliflower Tacos
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Serves 2
What you Need:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small, bite-sized pieces (about 6 cups)
- Olive oil
- 1 pouch of Haven’s Kitchen Tangy BBQ sauce
- 4-6 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, slicced
- A small handful of fresh cilantro, leaves only
- Limes for garnish
How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss cauliflower with oil and the Tangy BBQ sauce. Bake for 20-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through. When cauliflower is cooked finished, top each tortilla with cheese and book in the oven until the cheese is melted (about 3 minutes)
- Assemble tacos by filling the tortillas with BBQ cauliflower, avocado, jalapeno and cilantro
